About Myself

After years of soul searching I finally found a career in something I love, Hypnotherapy. Something that benefits others positively in their lives. I have enjoyed in the past, the spiritual side of life, as in healing, so this has enabled me to do just this, healing of the mind and body which is such a pleasure to be able to do.

I am now working at Shoeburyness, I also work at EICH which is based in southend-on-sea by appointment and possible home visits are available.

I trained at the Essex Institute in Southend-on-Sea where I completed my original training. I have a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy with Psychotherapy. I also have a Diploma in Eating Disorders and OCD.

As a member of APHP (Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy) I am bound by their strict code of ethics. You will find full details of them at www.aphp.co.uk

As with all registered professional therapists I am fully covered by professional indemnity insurance.
